I have not chatted with you before but I wanted to wish you all the best. Our journeys are all different but yet the same. You never know what our bodies are going to do or not do. Hoping your waiting does not take long. We all need to stay strong which is not so easy sometimes but at least we have others that understand.
thanks frankiie... we already have the nocturnal bit in common..
i was pleasantly surprised to find out from the transplant nurse that I'm definitely not alone in that. its very frustrating isn't it. are you awaiting transplant? thanks and best wishes cazer. x
you are very right we all need the support of others in a similar situation.
Just like to say good luck it's a scary but welcome thing . Hope you have your transplant soon and although my transplant was only 3 months ago if you have any queries or worries pre and post transplant I'm here for you x
Thinking of you and wishing you all the best. Here's hoping for a safe and speedy track to the op, and then a swift and safe recovery. Let us know how you are getting on, en-route.
Remember there are 100s of us here for you, if ever need to offload, ask questions or just natter.
thanks muchly gritty... if you are okay with the abbreviation
feeling fairly calm at mo but not looking forward to the phone arrangements as it seems to be quite stressful always worrying about phone!!!! we are in a rubbish reception area as well.... any tips? cazer. x
Remember to pamper and coddle - love that word! - yourself as much as possible. Even tho' there's a lot on your mind: keep doing things you love and enjoy - keep the stress down. Funny films, dance, walks in the country ... whatever your heart desires.
However ... If you want tips on phone reception .. I haven't a clue! I have a land line as mobile reception is supposed to be dreadful here, but mine always seems fine ... except I never use it - total technophobe. Bring back smoke signals!
thats funny im also a carole with an e.... a rare breed.
i do try to keep upbeat but I am very limited physically unfortunately. i had glandular fever whilst pregnant 18years and from then on the fatigue has been a nightmare... so very restricted with walking or any sort of activity. l do see friends and sing with a choir although its a real struggle but worth it. l do understand what you mean though.... life cannot stop because of the list. best wishes cazer. x
Hi Cazer , I haven't messaged you before and had read a comment you made about 3 months ago saying how you felt. As I was reading it, you could have been describing me, I even read it to my husband. When I clicked on your profile I saw you have been listed. I'm going for my 1st assessment on Monday, apprehensive but I think I need it now. Good luck to you and I hope you're not waiting too long for your gift xx
oh wow... yes i feel much better after assessments... and all the stuff I have struggled most with the t. coordinator lady was aware of all those problems... and guessed i was pbc without even knowing as she'd been at another department.
all very reassuring and lovely people. is it Queen Elizabeth? if you have other questions just ask. it goes in circles doesn't it. x all the best cazer. speak soon.

Hi Cazer - hope you don't have to wait too long and that it all goes well. Keep in touch and let us know how you are. You are in my thoughts and prayers 😃
