esa just been stopped

hi, i failed a medical last year, appealed and was put in the support group, but just had another medical and they rang me yesterday to say ive failed and ive got to claim jsa???? what about the assesment rate while ur appealing ???does any1 know if this is still available??? thanx in adance

Put in a mandatory reconsideration immediately. Claim jsa while this is bring looked at. If the reconsideration is not allowed you can then lodge an appeal. If appeal accepted you would leave jsa back to esa until appeal outcome. If in your favour esa backdated with higher amount. Seek advice from citizens advice or jobcentre as this is only a short overview.
