if you have won your appeal for esa and you do not get assesed for two years if you lose your appeal then can you go back on work related for another year as your stamps will have been paid

when your put in the work related group you get paid for a year on the contribution of your stamps which i used up while waiting for the tribunal then i won the case and was told i would not be reasesed for two years but if after two years they put me back in work related group can i still claim while waiting for tribunal
