is there any time limit for an esa appeal

in december 2011 i had an atos medical ,i scored six points for mobility,i appealed in jan 2012,but i am still waiting ,in april esa was stopped and i am really struggling with my mortgage and bills,

have you contacted the office to ask them what is happening with your appeal? I think the best thing that you could do is make contact with an advice agency - CAB or perhaps the PBC foundation. It's a long process and the more support you have in challenging a decision the better
