Just wondered if this might be PBC related or not. When waking (not everytime but quite often) I feel like my insides are shaking. It soon passes but its really strange. The first time it happened I thought we were having a small earth tremor then wondered for a while if it was my imagination or I was dreaming it but no its real. i dont shake on the outside just the inside.

Tremors.
I am also a sufferer, this is how I found my PBC in the first place although my doctors say its not related.... sometimes I dont have it for months sometimes I get it for days on end, I find it frustrating and I get upset when trying to put the lid on the toothpaste and so on. I am told its not related but havnt found a reason for my tremors so knowing others get the tremors even if they arent visable. and just a weird sensation in my shoulders or legs.. it begs a question if other pbc'ers have the same .
I suffer with the inside tremors! I can't believe someone else does too. Apart from my husband I have never told anyone as it seems ridiculous, what a huge relief to know I'm not imagining it!!!!
oh my lord me too!!! Dina this weird sensation in your shoulders or legs, what does it feel like as i have a weird feeling that's like pins and needles that travels for maybe a few seconds either in my legs or my arms, for no reason and then seems to come and go for a while.
I get them as well but I was putting it down to me being cold inside, I keep asking my husband is it really cold because I am shaking inside.
In the past I have suffered this and wondered what it could have been. I get it very rarely now.
Debi_p, I have just started to get this weird sensation today, like a /numb/cold/tingly feeling coming over my whole body and my arms and legs felt like lead weights today. It is soooooo good to know that others suffer similar things. It would be good to know what causes it?
Robert - if you are reading this, it would be great if you could help clarify what is happening in the body to cause this?
Take care all. You are not alone!!! x
i have this as well at least 1-2 time a week on waking in the morning. it feels like your body is vibrating inside. my doctor suggested that it could be a symptom of anxiety. now i am wondering if it is connected to PBC.
I dont think its anxiety in my case as I am not awake enough to start worrying about anything.
Did wonder if it might be meds related. I am on urso, amitriptyline, omeprazole, iron tablets, calcium and vit d.
mentioned these and the numbness today at my hospital visit. No real answers but he is getting my GP to refer me to a neurologist to rule other things out.
