HelloI placed an order for 100 b12 ampoules from versandApo.de. The payment has cleared but I haven't received a confirmation email or order number. I've emailed them but no response as yet. I placed the order on Saturday. Has anyone had issues with this site before? I'm annoyed at myself as I ordered from apohealth last time with no issues and I mixed them up thinking it was versandApo.de

Used them for years until they recently upped their delivery charge to over €17.00 Their Panpharma B12 depot are cheaper than apohealth thought. So it depends how many you are ordering as to which pharmacy is cheapest Anyhow never had a problem with them . They also give points . Look at your bank account to see if it’s gone through . That are very reliable .
Sign back into your account and check the payment has gone through. Sometimes you have to click on another payment box to clear the payment. I had the same issue and scratched my head as to why. Once I had clicked on the site payment box I recieved an order email.

Some problems here...
Ordering that many might mean the company does not have enough stock. If you're in UK be aware of import duty and collection fees. Finally, watch expiry dates and ensure you'll use them in time as they become useless quite soon .
Thanks all. Unfortunately when I log in the order isn't showing. I'll have to raise a dispute with my bank as the payment has cleared and I really can't afford to lose all that money and not get the injections! I have ran out of the pascoe 1500 so I've been using panpharma but I find I have to use that brand every day and am almost out
Have you checked to see if they are still in your shopping trolley. This would indicate that the process did not complete.
Did you use their online forms to email them, rather than a generic support address.
You could phone them on 0341 - 566 863 67. They will very likely speak English.
I always use Apohealth as I find they are much more reliable. I use PayPals to pay for it as then I do not get charged by bank for converting € to £. I inject Pasco 1.5 mg/ml every third day & it works very well.
