Hi every one,I ordered from versandapo.de after wedgewood's post a week and a half ago on saturday morning-received an e-mail monday saying order delayed and then one on wednesday saying order sent-has just been delivered this morning-so all seems good again with them-good best before date 12/2023 too

I too have just ordered from Versandapo. I placed the order last Tuesday but didn't get a confirmation or any communication until Saturday when they said there were problems.

The very next day, Sunday, they emailed the order was okay. So I requested the tracking details and they replied to say there was in fact a delay.

I hope I get the goods just as you did but they are slow to keep you informed.

Is Bodfeld better organised than this?

I have recently ordered from Bodfeld without problem.

Though it was confusing as they asked for prepayment which I didn’t understand. I went through the whole order without paying and thought it had failed but then they sent me an email to request bank transfer which I did and order arrived very quickly.

going by my order ,hopefully yours will be with today or tommorrow,it does feel like keeping fingers crossed with not having much information!let us know when it arrives

The term "prepayment" also occurs when dealing with Versandapo. Maybe it's some German legal technicality or perhaps it's a slight mistranslation by Google. Luckily the order seems to go ahead without any additional intervention.

A drop down asks if I want page translating to english and does this, otherwise wedgewood advises to write' versandapo . de in english' in the search bar,hopefully this will work, if not ask again,good luck

If you use Chrome or Safari browsers, both have built-in translation facilities.

In Safari, you click on the Aa symbol on the address bar. Not sure about Chrome but I think, if allowed to do so by your settings, it will offer to translate or do so automatically.
