B-complex; how long to quit before test?

Hi,

I have my B12 test kit ready to go from Blue Horizon. How long should I quit the Pure encapsulations b-complex before testing?

I stopped taking them last Friday. I have googled and read anywhere between 2 weeks and 3 months. My last b12 jab was on October '24.

Have you asked Blue Horizons? Seems reasonable that they should answer their customers' questions!

I did, and they quoted just 48hrs. Medichecks quote 2 weeks for B12, but I don't know if that includes b-complex. 🤔 Confused 😆

I have no idea if B12 test is affected by biotin.
