I am far from computer literate ! Having followed a link posted by the ever helpful wedgewood I hit a wall as they wanted a German address !
I would appreciate some simple instructions. Have managed in the past but now struggling 😥

The most common issue is that they appear to want a German address. But you need to specify the country before even trying to put in the rest of the address.
That was the case with VersandApo who I have used for other products.
Ages ago now so details might have changed but this has been said many times! 
Yes I agree it has been said many times ! However I scrolled through many Posts/Replies on my phone and acted accordingly ! I now remember the 'put your address in first' advice. Thanks.
It seems often when I post here or on TUK you are the first to reply. Am I on some 'Red Alert' list ? Your replies are of course helpful but I cannot help wondering - as I know how busy you are within TUK Admin. Something that has been said many times 🥰

It’s put your COUNTRY in first , not your address ! The countries are in a drop-down list , and depending which site you are on , the U.K. can be called” Vereinigtes Königreich” or “Grossbrittanien” . Best wishes .

Am on Versandapo but not getting anywhere ! No drop down as far as I can see.... Have ordered many times in the last 5 years ( since returning to the UK ) but somehow I am finding it difficult this time - sigh ! Am currently blaming the new phone !
I just visited and said I was new, and it asked me to:
Adresse eingeben (Enter address)
Look down and used the tiny down arrow at the right of the word Deutschland. Just scroll further to Vereinigtes Königreich.
Many browsers allow you translate as you go (e.g.. Safari and Firefox and, I think, Chrome).
Hello Marz, went to the versandapo site to see if I had a problem registering . Chose translate, as apple ios. Accepted cookies. Chose Register as New person.
I saw an address form with the country as Germany in grey, used the arrows at the end to choose United Kingdom. Then saw pop up message about' wrong zip code for country'. So then entered uk postal code . It accepted this with a tick. I was then free to complete address form from the beginning.
Sorry if its too basic for you, just relating what happened to me. If you still have a problem, (I did because I received a forbidden error message each time!) Versandapo will do it for you if you email them.

Yes, hope works for you in morning. If not email them in English and they will Register you. Or juvalis.de (part of same pharmacy group) reliable and usually slightly cheaper. Use same system though.

Versandapo seem to have raised the delivery charge a lot . I think that apohealth.de is cheaper , and also obtainable in English . I would have a look at them .
On your recommendation wedgewood I used apohealth. In English and easy to use website. However for some reason they only sent 1 box of parapharma. No reason given. They refunded money for other box
That’s really strange ! Perhaps they ran out . Never heard of that. happening before . Very odd though ! Their delivery prices are much lower than versandapo , who now charge € 17. even if you buy 1 packet !
I looked at this recently. First time in ages! I use Google Chrome. I put in Apotheke b12 ampoules in search bar. That seems to bring them up. Some site now say international across top. But I check 'shipping" to see where they ship to. Versando is really expensive. Shocked at prices. There were no hydrox.....on Amazon.de but they do have them at times.

I use Apohealth as they offer free delivery. Approx 10 euros for a box. All in English
For Versandapo, you need to create an account first. Then, log back into the website and the option for UK shipping will be available.
Also, if you use Google Chrome to view the website, it will be presented in English which makes it easier to navigate.
