Serum iron 10(5.83-34.5)

Transferrin 206 (2-3.6)

Transferrin saturation 21% (15%-50%)

Ferritin 223 no range with this

Is this a typo: Transferrin 206 (2-3.6) The 206 is so far out of range that I suspect that maybe it should be something like 2.06 instead.

No no typing error actually I have written the wrong number it’s 223

can I ask are those tests a TIBC please

If the transferrin saturation is as stated, serum Iron as stated and ferritin as stated, then it looks like there's a typo in the total transferrin, as otherwise it doesn't add up. Looks very much like 'normal' to me! Hockey_player has hit the nail on the head and gets a gold star.
