Germany, I order my ampoules from Amazon.de. We cant get B12 in the US without an RX but I can order it without a problem.

If you search on Amazon.de forB12 ampoules , be sure to search for “Vitamin b12 Depot ampoules “ . If you just search for “vitamin b12 ampoules”; you will get Cynocobalamin.You want Hydroxocobalamin, like the NHS uses .

Always long expiry date, more expensive and 1500µg per ampoule, but reliable.

I have been using apo and they seem fairly reliable, but suggest you buy in small batches of 20 or so ampoules (2x10) in case packages go astray and so they fit your letterbox
