Does anyone post on a alternating schedule?

I’ve had some very successful times of getting down to 3 days between injections (woohoo!), which has felt right apart from when a) I’ve been doing a lot of cycling, b) have been working hard, and c) am ill. I’ve gone back to EOD just whilst I fight off a virus and that seems what my body needs, but it was getting to the point when it felt EOD was too much otherwise.

I’m thinking of sometimes injecting on the second day and sometimes the third, depending on how hard my body has been working in various ways. However, I also don’t want to confuse anything with an irregular schedule. Does anyone else do anything like this/did this for a while, and how do/did you get on with it?

If you atre achieving that fitness level i imagine you can experiment and trust your feelings and body responses .

Just depends on your symptoms.

Everg other day for me lasted 5 months as severe neurological symptoms.

Not sure what changed to make me reduce .

At thd time fully in charge of setting my regime within the NHS .

I fully believe early treatment and consistent treatment in the early days given much better outcomes.

As you now sound in the maintenence stage and manage to exercise alot I imagine if woukd be okay to experiment

I also need to shorten length between Injections if something else going on youf body has to deal with.

As well as reducing exercise.

After 6 years I tend to stay in the with a same pattern with a little flexibility

More Injections for me doesn't mean more capable of more exercise .

I've learnt pushing through is harmful to me now.

An old habit.

Keep a log .

I keep a log on my google calendar when I have an injection so I can keep track and make sure I don't spread them out too far. If you have an irregular schedule, you might want to do something like that (or use a piece of paper).
