I used to have terrible aches and pains that woke me up in the night .My knees ard bad but that seems a more recent problem.

Actually as more able to walk further?

I'm hoping when able to cycle that will help my knees .

I do find B12 relieves some joint pain.

Especially in my hips .

Nog sure of connection with B12 bug think there is one .

As are hormonal changes for women and men.

Yes, I do. HRT had fixed my joint problems but they have come back with B12 injections, albeit not as bad

Do you and Mozza127 need more folate?

How well do you tolerate methylfolate? For me that's the answer to my joint, especially knee, problems.

I dont think so, I take 5mg methylfolate when b12ing and 400mcg when not

I used HRT for awhile and it helped. I am currently using collagen supplements and some studies indicate that can help. Make sure to stretch both before and after the exercise. Advil, ice (if really sore) or a heating pad can help. I also find my massage gun helps especially for my quads which are too tight.
