I've been B12 deficient for decades. I ended up going back to school and finishing my PhD in both pharmacology and biochemistry and focused my research for 12 years on B12.

Well done. 👋
Welcome to you B12phd ! Great to have you with us . Congratulations on your achievement. Great to hear from you .
What did you learn that is new/ not widely recognised?
That's alot of studying .Hope some conclusions were found.
Good for you !
Also you are having a better quality of life.
What regime suits you ?
I would be fascinated to hear your opinion on the optimum treatment with B12. We used to be on B12 injections every second day and started skipping over weekends, so we are now doing Mon Wed and Fridays but my sciatica pins and needles and heavy foot has been coming back.
Your thoughts?
Congratulations on your achievements - all the more impressive with a B12 deficiency !
Having made an in-depth study of B12 deficiency puts you in a fairly unique category.
What are your plans now ?
How is your health now ?
Welcome to the forum. I think we share interests but I don't have those kind of qualifications!😊
Welcome, its good to find a B12 sufferer with knowledge on the subject
If you are looking for more research questions that some of us would love to see answers to, this would be a good place to ask for some input.
