Are you sure it’s Versandapo? It doesn’t accept a UK postcode

They DO accept UK addresses.

I think you have to change the country to UK before anything else. I don't want to play about with my account and cannot remember exact details - whether you have to change country, then save or just go to enter address.

I have a history of, I think, five orders from them.
