I've just ordered 100 ampules going to inject every week see if I improve. Is it safe

Hi Mozza127,

You can not over dose on B12 it is water soluble and any excess will be ecreated in your urine. I inject daily and some inject more frequently.

I am self injecting also - the advice I got was to have one in a clinic first incase of an allergic reaction (rare). If you do decide to do this just make sure they use the same type of b12 as you have ordered

I am really happy with doing my own - really easy and saves the battles with doctors!

If you are only injection once per week, I would order less at one time. You have enough for 2 years, and the B12 may degrade in quality over that time.

Kept in the dark and below 25 degrees Centigrade it will not deteriorate by any significant amount until the use by date is exceeded. I store mine in the top of the door of my refrigerator where it sits spot on 10 degrees Centigrade,
