Best time of day to take medichecks pernicious anemia test with MMA, intrinsic factor antibodies, folate, active b12, red blood cells etc?

I'm going to take the medichecks pernicious anemia test.

They don't seem to say anything about fasting beforehand, but I know that sometimes it can be better to do so even if not advised.

What time of day, and/or fasting state, should I take this test?

I'll be going to a clinic for a blood draw and it's quite a drive away, and if it's fasting then I'd be driving through rush hour traffic too, so quite a journey. But I will definitely do it, if it means getting more accurate results.

If not, is a mid morning appointment OK, like 11am, after a hearty breakfast around 7.30am?

Or what would be ideal?

I can't help thinking that surely all these blood values would be affected by recent food intake.

There are 20 blood tests that will be done, which I have listed below.

Many thanks.

List of blood tests:

Intrinsic factor antibodies

Platelet count

MPV

Ferritin

Haemoglobin

MCH

MCHC

RDW

Folate - serum

Vitamin B12 - active

Methylmalonic acid MMA

White cell count

Neutrophils

Lymphocytes

Monocytes
