Help please to understand blood test results a month after c vaccine

Hi! I have no idea what is going on with me. I have been Si daily and twice daily sometimes for 6 mths now and am taking all cofactors.My blood tests have come back today with high MCH and MCV has climbed. I had a c vaccine a mth ago and every thing flared up exhaustion neuropathy etcblurred vision chest pains etc Anxiety and brain fog My legs and anckles knees have been stiff and sore when moving after sitting or lying down. My legs are getting worse feeling tight and my feet are so painful its like fire ants all the time. The spa helps for a while. I have allodynia and have started getting random burning pain on my skin on and off. I feel so low energy and my husband is doing everything. I saw my doctor 2 days ago who is prescribing eod b12 and has told me he believes I also have chronic pain syndrome as my muscles have been knotting so much, I will put my latest blood results in comments. Hi Nackpan, Thank you so much for your reply. I haven't had a significant responce like this to previous C vaccines. This is the new one that is supposed to cover most variants . I managed to talk to my doctor about the blood test results and he said that what has happened is that the vaccine has triggered an autoimmune response from the PA and I am experiencing a flare up. Also he has diagnosed me with Myofascial pain syndrome an told me to go home and go to bed and basically stay in the perimeters of the house avoiding stairs and even walking around out side until I could rise from sitting or standing without the pain and stiffness in my feet and joints, so total rest. Today is the first day I have really felt relief but feel I have allowed my body the time it has needed to really rest. I'm relieved he didn't try to push more gabapentin or any other drugs on me.
