Help...how do I get my B12 through customs?

My B12 order has been with UK customs since 05/03. I don't know why as no one has contacted me. The pharmacy, when asked where my order was, said that it's stuck in customs but offered no further info or help.

The value was roughly £58.

Have there been any import rule changes recently?

I'm going to have to order more (smaller amount,) while I get it sorted, but I don't want to get that stuck too.

Argh, how frustrating. The longest mine has been stuck is 10 days, so I feel your pain, even though yours is a longer wait. I couldn't find any way of contacting anyone, so just had to wait, which isn't ideal, as you don't know what conditions your order is being kept in. I hope it clears customs soon 🤞

The storage conditions at customs is my concern too. I thought, order 100 and it will take me to next winter, when I can again order in cold weather. Now of course I could have 100 deteriorating doses!

I do not think any import rules have changed.

Only a couple of weeks ago I had a £30 order returned to sender after arriving in the UK (according to Parcel Force, despite original part of the journey being via DHL) but the pharmacy said they had no knowledge of it being returned. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still stuck at customs. The pharmacy refunded me immediately regardless.

I then placed a £110 order which arrived safely within 48 hours of ordering - although from a different pharmacy.

My order is DHL, but I don't have a tracking number for them, just the pharmacy order number.

I'm going to contact the pharmacy again, and if they remain as unhelpful I'll have to reclaim through the cc company.

I'd be very garteful if you could you DM me the name of the pharmacy with the 48hr turnaround that you used.

Last order from Versandapo I made, it was sent by DHL but got transferred to Royal Mail within the UK.

(From my point of view, that is good because both Royal Mail and Parcel Force round here are very consistent. Once it gets to the local depot.)

Sometimes things just get stuck there for ages and there seems no reason or anything that can be done. I reckon it will turn up soon as that normally happens when I give up

Hi

Customs is a pain but storage conditions in winter shouldn’t be too bad as the loading and storage bays are not overly warm except in the summer.

As far as I am aware the value limit including postage cost is still £135.

I still have a parcel from before Christmas stuck in customs even though I paid duty on it. The system is in shambles me thinks!

Hi I placed an order value around £ 48 on 3/3 tracking showed up to 5/3 where it has reached destination country and dhl tracking shows change to parcelforce tracking ( order through versandapo.de) nothing has happened since! I contacted versandapo.de they said they will follow up with the carrier and let me know as soon as they find out what is happening and if it turns out to be lost then they will resend my order. I have heard nothing since and also worry about the condition of it. After 2 weeks of waiting I ordered more from apohealth. This showed no tracking at all for 5 days, so I contacted them they said they would look into it ... I received it the next day! My first time order from any of these companies but glad I have received one of the parcels. Will have to contact versandapo.de again to find out what's happening, hoping they will refund me now as its been so long

Same date as mine disappeared off the radar!

The tracking number provided by Versandapo is not recognised by DHL, so who knows what happened on 05/03. I haven't been told that it has swapped to another carrier.

My new order, from a different pharmacy, is winging it's way.

UPDATE

I emailed Versandapo again. told them that the tracking code they provided wasn't recognised by DHL and asking for them to contact them as I thnk my parcel is lost.

Not sure why I have to wait for it to get back to them before I get my money, I'm not returning it!

They could have have found this out when I first asked them had they asked DHL, 'stuck in customs' must be their stock answer.

I won't be using them again.

Need to work out how I can keep a batch cool when I go to Frankfurt in August, so I can just import my own supply..

I've checked my tracking again this morning mine has just cleared customs back in Germany! I've gone onto versandapo.de chat and they are saying they will refund me once they receive the order back.

There was clearly something wrong with their documentation.

As we never received it why are they treating it like a customer return. We should get immediate refunds!

Yes it's pretty frustrating, still I'm just glad I don't have a fight to get a refund. Well at least I hope not! I'd seen good reviews on their company which is why I ordered with them so a shame we are getting problems 😕
