Help Ordering B12 from Germany, pls

I need to order B12 injection so gone to VersandApo site, gone to checkout but where it says 'Address should be in Germany' what do I need to do for delivery to UK, please?

I've had B12 ampoules from here twice before but not experienced this so I'm at loss and need some help please ...

hello JMN2017 , just done a quick check and they still ship to UK.

Perhaps you've not ordered for a while. Nowadays most of these sites require one to Register and log in to order. N.B. Juvalis is the same group and often a bit cheaper. x

No, I haven't ordered for some time. I ordered a decent amount (to get free postage, being a cheapskate LOL) so the ampoules eventually expired LOL

I've tried to log in but it doesn't seem to accept my password/email. I'll have to try 'forgot password' and see what I can do.

I'll also try Juvalis ...

When filling out the address form , you will see that the country is already filled with Germany / Deutschland. You must first change that to your country by using the drop-down list , to — Grossbrittanien , UK. United Kingdom, Vereinigtes Königreich , however it is expressed. Do this so that your post-code and the rest of your address is accepted . Otherwise , you will be unable to order , and you will be tearing your hair out !

amazon.de also sell Pascoe and Hevert . But depending on the supplying pharmacy may or may not supply the U.K. You can’t use the pharmaceutical reference numbers to order .

Now the UK has left the EU, there is a limit to the value of goods that we are allowed to import from the EU , before tax is due. Tax is applicable if the value exceeds £135 ( roughly €158.00 ) Value does include delivery cost ! But please look everything up , because things might change . On top of that, Royal Mail charge £8.00 for processing it. .I’m not sure how much the tax is - so look it up please. A member was quite shocked at what she had to pay when she exceeded the limit . I believe that even the cost of delivery is included in the total . It was when I ordered something from the USA .

Hi again

I've looked at Juvalis site and didn't find the right one, ie Hydroxcobalamin (probably not spelt this right) but can't log in, can't register as it keeps coming up with the same window, retype email address etc. So, just not getting anywhere.

Where did you see it saying they shipped to UK, please? I suspect I'm not doing something right and not managing. I really need some help but I can't do any more tonight. I'm tired, after a busy weekend. I'll have to try again tomorrow but if you could send a link, it would be very much appreciated.

Also, I'm trying in Chrome, as I don't know any German so that doesn't help either as I never use Chrome ;(

injectable Hydroxocobalamin is referred to as vitamin B12 DEPOT . and

Injectable Cynocobalamin is referred to as vitamin B12 . when ordering online from Germany .

Shipping detail ls is at the bottom of the page. I use translation button. In german its versandapo, shows a union flag as shipping destination .

Try putting in B12 Depot or Vitamin B12 Depot or part number for the particular hydroxocobalamin you want. I think i remember that wedgewoods posts has all the numbers.

For some reason these firms are making it more difficult to find a particular hydroxo. It requires a thorough search sometimes.

Try amazon.de click on flag to change language. . . . . enter your card details, address etc same as any amazon account. . . . . . . click the product you want, pay it and its on its way . . . . .

Thanks for all your help. I've finally managed to order B12 Depot (Hydroxocobalamin). Not sure where from but I think from VersandApo thru Amazon. It's a different box but says 'Hydroxo..' 1mg/1ml injection. I'll see what arrives next week LOL
