I have just been looking on Amazon for sublingual b12. There is such a range of brands, and prices! Can anyone recommend one that is good? I don't want to spend a fortune of possible, but neither do I want to buy one that won't work!!
Thanks

Solgar products seem well packaged. I am always a sucker for nice packaging and branding. I have their methylcobalamin and their folate in the cupboard. I use the latter but no longer use the sublingual methylcobalamin as I use B12 injection now.
Good luck with it. It certainly helped lift my brain fog but I started taking loads of it (x4 a day) which gave me some headaches. I now self inject. Drs wouldn't treat as per guidance. The usual story!
Sublinguals didn't really do the trick for me, though they kept me from bumping along the sea floor -- and did help with the blinding headaches. As well as self-injecting now, I'm using B12 patches, which I think are more useful, and recommended by Martyn Hooper. Worth a shot? I can't tell any more what's helping and what's not, but I feel I'm slowly making progress out of the black hole. amazon.co.uk/Vitamin-B12-Pa...
