Can anyone advise please. I’d prefer one without preservatives too
As I keep saying, I’m new to this and at first I liked the idea of Biosciences B12 powder because it has no excipients. I also like the fact that methyl is one of, If not the most, bioavailable. However, the more I read the more it sounds as though a mix of adeno and methyl might be more effective
Thank you

I read that the mix that you are talking about depends on how your body is able too absorb B12. Try Looking up the different forms off B12 and how they work.
I started off s.i. Hydroxoccbalamin, then added Methylcobalamin fron Oxford Bio Sciences because id read it helps peripheral neuropathy.
Use also Nature Provides methyl/adeno drops as they have no addatives. This is only sublingual mix I found in uk. Others in this forum might know of others.
Its a case of trialing to see if it works for you.
When you’re feeling less tired would you mind me asking about the methyl powder
No hurry, I’ve just read your reply to Mixteca in which you say you’re going through a relapse. I’m very sorry to hear that and wish I could offer some sound advice but I’m new to B12d and PA so suffice to say then, that I hope it doesn’t last too long and you make a solid recovery. Nice to hear though that what you’ve been doing is working. That’s encouraging
Yes, I have this brand of methyl on my list but it all sounds a bit fiddly butI do like the fact that it’s pure and without any additives though because I’m a bit fussy about that. If I could find a “clean” adeno to go with it that would be amazing
And yes, please don’t bother tonight. I honestly understand that you need peace and quiet or at least not to be talking to strangers on a Saturday evening
Thank you for responding. Good to hear you’re doing ok
Yes, I read about the benefits of methyl but my husband started on hydroxo and will remain on it for now. At the end of this initial course he’ll look at methyl if he’s advised to continue self-injecting. Do you still use the powdered one?
Regarding your thyroid “playing up”, I presume you’ve consulted on the amazing thyroid UK forum. Fascinating how so many of us with AI thyroid disease also have B12 deficiency or full blown PA. I’m deficient since stopping my B12 complex so must look into sorting myself out soon
