I've been doing every day IM for over 8 years with great results. Both work equally well. Its up to you.

So long as it's inside you it works!

Both. Its your choice. I've done SC everyday for years now. Works perfectly so please don't worry try both to see what suits you best.

Also the added bonus is that it is so much easier and comfortable to administer.

I am a subcutaneous guy. It is easier for me than IM. I can not say it is equally effective as IM as I have not done a trial.

It is worth the risk of the SC being less effective to me.

I do weigh the experiences of others shared here that it works as well as IM for them heavily though not absolute. I am well aware that all official protocols are written historically with IM and that it is unlikely to change as there is no advantage to those practicing the existing protocols.

I am also aware there is as of yet not a credible test to determine the efficacy of any type of administration of B12 other than by symptoms which the medicial field as proved to my satisfacaion to be done ineffectively.
