Help please interpreting blood results

Hi all. I've been very unwell for just over three years with very bad muscle twitches, weakness all over, extreme fatigue. I've been to neurologist several times, been found to be hyperflexsive, have had nerve conduction studies and mri, they say they can find nothing yet I feel I'm getting worse, would appreciate your input. My b12 has just recently gone over limits and has been on last two blood tests climbing each time. I'm not getting anywhere with the medical professionals. I'm really losing hope. Forgot to mention I not not been taking kind of b vitamins and do not eat much meat.

Worth asking about .

Can't comment on bloods or elevated b12 .

Yes, it could a consideration, I scored 5/9 on the hypermobility score and have considerable neck herniation but they told me that can't cause twitching on the face. Thanks for your reply, appreciate it.

Your image is not readable I'm afraid. Significantly elevated B12 without any supplementation could have a number of significant clinical causes and its worth bugging your GP to look further into it. It should not be overlooked or dismissed without investigation.

Thank you for taking the time to advise me, I got no where with the gp so I tried to change to a new surgery but no one is taking new patients so I may try the new walk in clinics here in Ireland. I think your right about the b12 and with a weak ana and also a weak anca there's something going on, I mean I feel horrendous to be frank about it.
