I have been sent by a friend in Germany Hevert B12 1 ampule with 2 ml and 1000 ug hydroxocobalaminacetat so normal amount of B12 in double amount of liquid.
I seem to react quite strongly to the other ingredients becoming very red and itch even in my most recent one in leg which I had thought was ok. Unfortunately I have a hundred of these and cannot send them back. Has anyone else used this size? Thank you

I have yes. I have coeliac disease, small intestinal bacteria overgrowth and lots of intolerances. I reacted the first time I injected it, sick and back to bed. Drank lots of water to flush it out. So, then, I started from scratch, six months later. I had made extreme dietary changes (because these are my particular illnesses) and worked on my gut bacteria. 6 months later I started again.
I used Panpharma in between. When trying Helvert again, I anticipated a reaction, so I only injected 0.3 ml. I had no reaction. For me, it was fine. BUT:-
I have NO idea how you or anyone else will.
I slowly built up. Like you I didn’t want to waste it. Our bodies are in a constant flux. The gut microbiome is a highly complex ecosystem in itself.
Thank you . It’s frustrating when you are trying to get better but perhaps start small and work up. I have very fair sensitive skin so although not allergic to things react quite strongly .
