B12 is up from 185 pg/mL to 811 pg/mL

B12 levels are up to 811 now. Does that mean that it will continue to repair damage until the numbers come down over time. Just confused on how it works on the body. Guessing the reserve of b12 will just continue to heal things over time. Thanks

It's not fully understood.Just high levels need to be maintained to keep as well as possible .

Once on b12 injections Testing level is not recommended and indeed is not necessary .

Whole point of regular b12 injections is to keep b12 levels high.

Regimes should be based on clinical response not numbers!
