Medisave Problem

Hi, I have used Medisave many time to buy syringes and needles and they have always been first class till now. They changed their website and the first time I used it when it came to placing the order and paying it said it couldn't do it and to try again later - several hours and still nothing so emailed them. They said it was my browser and I said no its not its your new website.

Several more emails and nothing resolved. Has anyone else had a problem? Has anyone else been asked to log onto a new Medisave website or was it a scam? Quite upset because I really liked them.

hi there I recently logged into the new website as instructed and did my order for syringes /needles and all was fine no scams.. ordered on Friday delivered by Tuesday. Royal Mail..Best of luck maybe try re register again?

Ordered stuff last week -no problem . I agree with Mr. Peacock .

Hi Bellabab, I had a similar issue with another retailer. I was instructed to clear my browser history and cookies.

I was sure that the issue was with the website but clearing my browser history and cookies actually fixed my problem.

I had never had that issue before and never had it since.

It may be worth giving it a try.

It wasn’t a scam to re register with their new website. I checked with them . I re registered but have yet to order anything. Will let you know if I have problems and of course I will be on to them about it too. Hope you get it resolved
