10 years ago when mu B12 had not been tested I went over my life experiences and determined when I liked being me was when I had more sun. At the time I researched Vitamin n D and concluded that my body used 'sun energy' for process other than vitamin D and decided to get enough sun even though I lived in the North USA.

I even went to South America two winters. My body worked a lot better.

In hindsight my body worked well enough that it used up its B12 and other nutrients. And the B12 deficency was severe enough that I almost died and was detected.
