Hi all , I can't seem to purchase my normal b12 supply of hydroxo from versandapo but they have cyanocobalamin for sale which is a lot cheaper than the Hevert brand , will it be ok to use ?

Thanks all 😀

I've ben on cyanocobamalin for over 51 years and I'm still "clivealive"

You will probably need to inject more frequently - say every three to four weeks instead of two to three months but there is no danger of "overdosing" as any excess is secreted via your urine.

I wish you well

it should be fine. I also inject cyanocobalamin and I’ve had no trouble with it.

I bought it by mistake and I have been using it now for two weeks and feel fine. I normally inject once a week but I have increased to twice a week just to be sure.

Scientist, not medic. Simple answer, 'Yes'! Clivealive has the answer, and it's clearly worked for him.

Just a little follow up, I've now had 6 cyno b12 injections and it feels a lot better than hydroxo, don't ask me why it just does 😄
