no problem with mixing them.
on average people retain hydroxcobalamin better but that average includes a lot of people who retain cyano better than hydroxo.
The only circumstance in which cyano should not be used is if you have lebers syndrome - a rare genetic condition that particularly affects males.
Slightly curious as to why you would want to? (If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it!)
Hi I'm sure you'll know that with this affliction it's ups and downs, well it is for me, good days and bad days and was just a thought to be honest.
I'll be sticking with the hydroxo for the time being as I've got plenty of it
Cool! Thanks for getting back to me!
I so well know the roller-coaster of living in an autoimmune body and its frustrations - after a while you're prepared to try anything!
Who knows - it might help. Everyone is different and I for one vary within myself - a few weeks ago I was getting bad neuropathy in my toes again because, despite taking potassium, the deficiency had dropped until my nerves were packing up... And now I'm not needing any supplemental potassium at all. Goodness knows how long that will last!
Definitely worth asking the question!
