Has anyone tried this and could it be an alternative to injections?

Seems very expensive. £22.50 for 5ml. My B12 drops cost £18 for 59ml. And it is only 1000mcg. My drops are 5000 mcg.

I find them very effective. I buy from iherb uk.iherb.com/pr/nature-s-bo.... But you have to take at least 6000mcg per day. I dilute the liquid in water and drink it throughout the day to make sure I get a steady supply.

I ordered some, there is also a 5k option. I wasnt a fan of the way my nose dripped red stuff for some time afterwards 🤣 so I didnt use it too much. I can't say much for the effect either way. You could also use the liquid directly for example, which could potentially give you significantly higher doses.

IMHO for most people with intrinsic factor issues there probably isnt an equivalent to injections but there are exceptions where folks did find products like this very effective.
