Source of B12 for SI

Hi, up until covid and brexit, I sourced my B12 from Germany. I had to stop for a while due to financial reasons. However I am desperately trying to source ampoules again due a rather rapid decline in my heath and symptoms I'd previously overcome, and finding my previous sources are no longer an option as they don't ship outside of Germany anymore.

Can anyone send me a PM with information on where it can be sourced now please?
