Not had this for a while but knee pain then goes in to my toes and feet. Then very random pain sharp stabbing. As soon as I take iburefen it starts to ware of is this connected to b12 or somthing different

It's difficult to differentiate but I over the yesrs have made a strong connection.
Not always but alot of the time get great relief from a b12 injection.
Sometimes body pain keeps me awake .
Obviously we all get aches at times .
Keeping a symptom log may help you.
Ibuprofen is a powerful pain killer so unsurprising it reduces the pain. The pain you have described is fairly typical of pain resulting from PA. I find that Amitriptyline 10mg, up to 3 in the early evening is highly effective - however it causes short term memory loss so prefer to take only take what I am sure I need.
