Swoping from SI using Hydroxocobalamin to Cyanocobalamin

Hi all, 👋 I have a question to all you good people out there.... I've been buying and self injecting for over 3 years now with Hydroxocobalamin from a Germany company. All I can buy now from them is cyanocobalamin. Is it ok for me to swop? If anyone has a link to send that sell Hydroxocobalamin, I would be most welcome 🙏

There’s no reason why you should not benefit from Cynocobalamin Injections It is the B12 injection of choice in the USA . Hydroxocobalamin is supposed to stay in the system for longer . That’s why the NHS changed to Hydroxocobalamin several years ago .

But if you want to keep to Hydroxocobalamin.

I am using Pascoe as wedgewood says - its fine and no problem. I have been able to cut back from EOD to Mon - Weds - Fri because of the extra B12 and I will try twice a week in a couple of months.

Yes I was every day... then every other day... now... When I feel I need it, which varies. But always before I go shopping.

That's the reply I got at first but managed it by logging on to German site then ordering. It might take several attempts.
