Happy New Year, everyone.

May it bring much joy and happiness, good luck and good health, most important of all.🍀

I will be traveling to Thailand next month. Does anyone have a purchase recommendation for a small medication cooling box? It should be able to hold about 30 ampules below 25° C for 12 hours.

just go to internet search and type in medicine cool bag you’ll find a good choice on there particularly those actually for diabetes to travel with their meds don’t forget some ampules in your hand luggage and some in the hold a belt and braces technique! Also a copy of your prescription script signed by GP I know it’s only a vitamin in the country that we may be travelling to but in Uk classed as a drug just remember anything that you need to take in UK will be available in Thailand somewhere but you best to take your own but any evidence that you need to take your meds is a helping hand if you are ever questioned as to why you have it

Safe travels and enjoy your trip

Thank you. Meanwhile, I had the same idea (how scatterbrained I was, asking for it).

I am in Germany, so no problem with prescriptions. Of course, I will pack them in every piece of luggage I will carry. Just to be on the safe side. Before diagnose I have been visiting friends in Thailand frequently, and I know that almost everything is available over the counter in Thai pharmacies (a heavenly place for us, eh?), but unfortunately no hydroxycobalamin, only cyano, of which I would need twice as much at the moment. Not very convenient.

No doubt, I will enjoy the trip, thanks again. 🌴😊

Here is the one I use for my pre-loaded SC B12 syringes. It will also hold the ampules.

I recently used this for a trip to Peru from USA and was a 20 hour travel time to my destination. It works well and the time period is as advertised.

Thank you. This really looks very useful, at least for storing the ampules in a cool environment. Currently, it is not available, but I will keep a note. 👍
