Happy new year everyone. Hope it’s a year filled with good health and happiness.

I’m desperately trying to source some of my usual ampuloules of B12 from all the usual sites and online searches. However I’m not so sure whether these have been discontinued or just out of stock?

Has anyone got any idea where I could source these from? If they have been discontinued or I can’t source some does anyone know of a suitable alternative?

hi.. I usually get mine direct from VersandApo but they no longer seem to want to post to Uk?? Also I’m concerned to order from Amazon.de incase of reduced expiry dates??

I believe they've been discountinued / taken off the market. Not sure if its temporarily or permanently. Our options now for Hydroxocobolamin is either Hervert Depot 1mg/2ml or Pascoe Depot 1.5mg/1ml. The Pascoe brand seems to be the more popular out of the two.

Everywhere I try is either out of stock or won't supply. Amazon.de just messaged 'This item cannot be dispatched to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location.'

I have some stock but it expired last July and is not working well.

I paid £15 for the ampules and £16.50 for postage.. pure panic buy 😂😂 xx

I believe the company that manufactured it were taken over by another company and it is now branded under the name Panpharma

I have left my email address with Versandapo to be notified when they are back in stock. They haven't told me they are once. They are clearly just not supplying UK - probably because of Brexit. I have moved over to Pasco with no problems.

Thats not what we are hearing - Versandapo aren't the problem - supplies of B12 from Panpharma are either not available or being diverted elsewhere.

I have had two orders which tell me the order has gone through, but I haven't received them. I have received no refund. This has been going on for over 2 months, Versandapo do not reply. I have also tried other companies. I only have a couple left and I'm struggling. I am a hard working mom, I can't let my health and mobility go back to where it was before self injecting. Please, I am desperate to know where I can get a guaranteed order.

I ordered these a few days agao, as the 1000g are out of stock.

My PA consultant advised that for me who injects 1000g hydroxocobalamin every other day they are a direct substitute.

They are approx £1 per ampule.

They appear to be cyanocobalamin which is not retained very long by the body. You may need to inject more often, and some, like me, have a reaction to it.
