Is anyone else not able to order B12 ampoules from the German pharmacies ?

I tried for ages yesterday to order B12 ampoules from my usual sources Also tried using Amazon pay and PayPal to no avail . I’m OK , as I have plenty , but was trying to get them for a friend . I though it would be OK , as we are still in the single market . till 31st December

Versandapo are out of stock. Others might have the same problem.

No my problem was that they would not deliver to a U.K. address .

Even if you have pre chosen a courier who delivers to the UK?

I usually have to select DHL before I go to the shipping address section.

I also am having this problem. I have bought from them before but their website is now insisting that my address is in Germany. But the postcode is not right for Germany! I have emailed them in the hope that they will change this but maybe it is with Brexit looming they don’t want to sell to UK. It should be okay as we are still in the single market till 31st.

Exactly the same happened to me ! I tried 4 German online pharmacies that I have registered with , and whom I have used successfully in the past . I sighed in as usual , but when my address came up automatically, the country that appeared was Germany , and it could not be changed . We are still in the single market with the E.U. until 31st December .

But several months ago I actually phoned a couple of the pharmacies and spoke to someone who told me that officially they are not allowed to send any medication to a foreign country, for which a prescription is required in that country .( B12 ampoules require a prescription here , but not in Germany ) Although they have allowed us to buy the ampoules in the past , they may now use that rule .

I have just had a reply from Bodfeld Apotheke. They say they have had a system failure which means that they have blocked all countries (not just UK). They are trying to rectify this so hopefully soon we can buy from them. They have the Hydroxycobalamin 1mg/1ml x100 ampoules in stock.

I've just ordered and was having the same problem but just kept on putting my address details in till I got a green tick at the side.

I've just managed to order 100 ampoules!! I'm quite surprised I worked through it ok as I also had the same problem. Their site let me edit the German part to United Kingdom and once I'd put my full address details it went through fine.

They were out of stock yesterday as fbirder states but back in stock now.

It was a bit fiddly but I did it using google chrome as I don't understand German and through the process I just kept translating it.

I don't use Amazon but did buy through Paypal.

I have just tried Versandapo but the website says I have to have a German address. I can’t get round it. How did you manage? Also cannot see that they use PayPal (I don’t have Amazon account).

Just had a thought. My husband did say it’s accepting non UK foreign addresses. Maybe you are not in UK?

I am in the UK but maybe it was because it was my first time ordering, though not sure?

I went via the link that fbirder provided. I put the item in my basket, then clicked 'I'm new here' so created an account, the German address problem did come up but somehow once I changed that to UK it allowed me to continue.

Then I selected pay via Paypal and it all went through ok!

I've just retraced my steps on Versandapo, once I put the item in my basket you get the option to 'checkout' or Amazon pay.

I think it was then that I created an account. Maybe those that already have an account could log in at this point?

I don't use Amazon so opted for 'checkout' which then offered more choices to pay including Paypal which I selected and it went through fine.

I do wish I'd paid more attention to what I was doing when I got around the German address problem, I was just so relieved and amazed that I'd sorted it.

I didn't realise that people were having issues.....I'll go back on Versandapo and see if I can retrace my steps.

Oh no! Yes I think probably so....

They went out of stock on Sunday too but I just kept checking the site. I did put my email in but didn't get notified though I did get an error message later.

Has the packaging for rotexmedica hydroxocobalamin ampoules changed? It used to be a white box with red markings, but the one on versandapo is red with some blue and white markings.But it's still says this on the package: VITAMIN B12 DEPOT Rotexmedica solution for injection 10X1 mlI don't want to get the wrong one. Thanks.

They do market Cyanocobalamine in similar packaging so just make sure it is the hydroxycobalamin

It is hydroxocobalamin. Does anyone know if the packaging for rotexmedica hydroxocobalamin ampoules changed?

It used to be a white box with red markings, but the only hydroxocobalamin available on versandapo is red with some blue and white markings.

HiI ordered from Bodfeld Apotheke end of November 100x ampoules (B12 Rotexmedica hydroxocobalamin) only received 10 x ampoules. Although I had paid for a 100 ampoules After several emails offered me €40 voucher to re order?

However would have to pay again for shipping. When I queried this and asked to have the remainder of the order sent. I was informed they didn't have any in stock and there was also a technical issue which meant they could not post outside of Germany.

I am now waiting for a 'pro rata refund' I paid using Amazon Pay. I have ordered from Bodfeld before with no problem.

Ordered 100 ampoules yesterday from Verspando using Amazon Pay. 🤞They arrive although I do have some in reserve. I did notice that it said on the website they were expecting stock in 1-3 days.

If someone can advise me how to put a copy of an email from Versandapo onto the site I will post their response to me when I had issues last time with putting in a UK address.

I used Fbirder's advice at the time and it worked for me, but in the meantime the company had sent me this response.

It explains why deliveries in the UK are sometimes a problem as well and may be of help when ordering.

I think this blip is simply because they have run out of stock due to the Covid lockdown.

Bodfeld have 10 x 10 ampoules of 1.5 mg Hydroxocobalamin ampoules — Pascoe . For €77.00 - but I’ m unable , for some reason to get delivery . But some people are managing it .

I've now tried Bodfeld, it goes right through to the confirmation order then states "...... delivery to selected address not possible ." I tried slightly alternating my address (as there are 2 variations) but same message. Has anyone from UK had success?

I have bought from them before but have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 5 days. The website says my address is in Germany but won’t accept it as the post code is not German. I can’t change this. I emailed them and they said they had a problem they are trying to rectify!

Hi wedgewood, I’ve just been on Versandapo, logged in via Amazon, they have only got the packs of 10 in stock not 100s and I was able to order 🤞🏾 🤞🏾 to UK.
