Having trouble obtaining B12 ampoules

I need to order some more vitamin B12 over the internet, it’s been many months since I placed an order and I’m having trouble, it looks like they are out of stock on Versandapo so I am trying mycare.de for the first time but where it asks for my country UK/England/Britain etc is not listed but it’s a mandatory field to be filled in. I’m confused!, any help gratefully received x

Others have had this problem with mycare.de . I couldn’t phone them from UK , but got my daughter to do so -she lives in Germany . They agreed they had stopped sending to U.K. , but said they hoped to resume in 2019 . When asked why , they were cagey , but it seems they have been overwhelmed with orders from U.K. and have imposed quotas . They will resume supplying U.K. in the New Year . I think people in UK are worried about what will happen to supplies after Brexit , and are stockpiling . And that’s feasible as the use by date is 2 1/2 years .The pharmaceutical firms who make them in Germany are only small -the “big boys “don’t bother — not enough money in it . bodfeld-apotheke.de also supplies to U.K.

The site is in German . They also supply through Amazon .de , but you need to select them from the choice of suppliers that you see on the right hand side , if they don’t come up first . If you don’t have any luck there is an Australian supplier , but they apparently take a month to deliver . I’m in bed at the moment but I can send the site to you if you have no joy . Best wishes.

I did wonder if Brexit might be the problem with mycare.de, Versandapo had more stock this morning so I’ve now ordered some. Thanks for the info of other suppliers though, always handy to know. Thanks xxx

I've had no problem through Amazon.de, and the site is easy to use as it's an exact mirror of the English language one.

Even easier if you select the English language option:

There is a World symbol and a language indicator on the black top toolbar thing - towards the right end, just to the left of Your Account. The options are:

Deutsch - DE

English - EN - Translation

Nederlands - NL - Vertaling

Polski - PL - Tłumaczenie

Türkçe - TR - Çeviri

Čeština - CS - Překlad

Where you come from debs.If England as opposed to Uk England just one part of uk.i have to explain cos Scotland Wales slightly different.If England there company called blue horizen B12. They good.

I get my vit 12 from eBay made in Germany it ok same as anywhere in world.not so sure if brexit put stop to it
