I’ve been SI-ing for about a week now and I must say I notice a difference between the Panpharma and Hevert B12. I feel much better when using the Hevert branded B12. Am I alone in this thinking. Is there a difference in effectiveness or is it placebo? The Panpharma has really short expiration dates - November 2023, whereas the Hevert has long expiry dates - May 2025.
I’ve just ordered some Pascoe B12, so it will be interesting to compare to the other two brands.

I have used both hydroxy and cyano in pascoe and panpharma brands and recently purchased the lichtenstein cyano and find them all to be as effective as the other, the only one with a short date was the pascoe hydroxy at 9 / 23,the others are all 2025/2026-all from versandapo
I’ve tried all 3 brands ,( Hydroxocobalamin) and can say that I’ve not noticed any difference in them . All work well . The main reason for the popularity of Panpharma I think , is that it is the cheapest , the dosage is fine and 1ml is a convenient volume to inject .
But I’m now using Pascoe as I was unable to find any Panpharma . It has 1.5 mg of B12 in an ampoule . I’m keeping to my usual a once a week injection , and all is well .
