hi all, for those of you who find a B12 sublingual tablet works at least partially in providing symptom relief, can you recommend me a brand and product please?

I used the Hydroxo early on in my treatment and certainly had an effect. Bear in mind I don't have PA or absorption issues, so tablets of any kind always "worked" for me in terms of affecting symptoms, they just werent sufficient to make good continuous healing progress for me when my deficiency was particularly severe.

I use just normal tablets/capsules these days (part of the "Complement" nutritional supplement) which have 100mcg B12, taken 3x day lovecomplement.com/products... . I have also used various dosages of the Sunday Natural B12 (500mcg) and I take their small 10mcg tablet daily as a B12 "nightcap".

I like the BetterYou sublingual spray . I use it to top up my injections if I’m feeling low.

It’s methyl b12 , but you need to find one that works for you.

thanks for your reply! I tried that years ago and unfortunately it did nothing for me. Great you have something that works for you though!

I have found this one very effective. Not as good as a jab but it definitely makes a difference for me amzn.eu/d/j1NUdPp

I have been using the following sublinguals since 2020:

Jarrow Methyl B-12 2500 µg

Jarrow Methyl-B12 & Methyl Folate (400µg) + Vitamine B6 (200µg --> maximum dose 10mg due to toxicity, make sure you do not take other supplements containing B6)

Sunday Natural VITAMINe B12 MH3A 1000µg, this product contains methyl, hydrox and adenosyl cobalamin.

The first product mentioned worked best for me to far. Been taking it since 2020. The one by Sunday Natural is great, but does not contain enough B12 for my system.

The Jarrow products can be bought through Amazon, for example.

I found Jarrows good too. Especially those with 5000 mcg per tablet.

They are quite hard and take time to melt in the mouth, which I think improves absorption.

In my experience Solgar liquid B12 is the best sublingual. You can usually find it in Holland and Barret:

Nature's Truth sublingual B12 drops 10,000mcg. I bought them online.

Life extension, Solgar, AOR, Jarrow. These are good brands. LE and AOR are probably some of the highest quality supplements.
