Advice re repeating bloods

So as previous post explained , I managed to get GP to agree to repeats of bloods and some extra ones. Just wanted to clarify about best practice from our side. Timings , when not to take meds prior to blood test. Timespan re supplementing ect. Thought I understood from previous advice but recent results from Bluehorizon and few responses have made me doubt myself. Also going to post in PA as have been SI B12 and need to know should I miss some before bloods, first available appointment is 9 am 23rd May. Take Vit D spray, will probably omit until tests. Any objective advice appreciated. Be kind I am still learning, Thank You.

to get a baseline on B12 you would need to stop all forms of supplementation for 4-6 months - could be a lot longer if you inject as some people literally retain the amount from an injection for several years.

If you only want to test IF antibodies, somewhere between 2 days and 2 weeks is sufficient, depending on the lab.

Always useful to know vit D levels on supplements so yoh can increase or decrease. Better than to risk levels falling.
