Effectiveness of out of date B12?

I have B12 ampoules on which the expiry date was March 2022. Does anyone know if expired B12 is still going to be effective or am I better off binning it and buying new?

Just a personal opinion. —I Would bin them . They are certainly not harmful , but I doubt that they will be as effective as fresh ones . It’s your health and well-being that are important. Considering what good they do, they are cheap . Get some fresh ones .

I was told my a pharmacist that there was no worry about contamination but they just might not be as potent.
