Hi. Just went to do an injection and the date is 02/2022, is this still OK to use?

They will be safe , but mayhave lost some efficacy .

I have also used out of date b12 (only a few months)When desperate........ still alive to tell the tale !

I wouldn't use out of date ampoules. But I dont eat out of date food either .

I know others have and okay it.

My understanding is the expiry date is the date after which the manufacturer cannot guarantee the efficacy of the medication.

My thoughts too Tired Dave. Years ago we didn’t have expiry dates on food but we did still have eyes and noses. I doubt anyone died from keeping stuff a bit too long, just didn’t get the full vitamin/mineral quota 😊
