Does anybody since having b12 injections have a low tolarence for sugar or sugary things. As I've discovered I get more bones aching if I it sugary things at night is there a connection does any one else suffer like this.

I find fluctuating blood sugars affect my symptoms greatly.So try and have any sugars with a long acting carbohydrate .

Some try and omit refined sugars completely.

Beware of reducing fats abd sugars too dramatically as our brains need them.

In the right form and way that the challenge I believe

Thanks I found that out along the way. My symtoms worsened the more sugar intake more so late at night thanks for your reply
