ICP and B12 defeciency

I have B12 defeciency and now getting monthly injections. Have had a lot of neurological issues and pins and needles and nerve pain in the feet and mostly my left side of the body. I now have intercranial pressure. Is this related to the defeciency? Docters doesnt seem to know why it started… thank you

Hopefully you will get a Mri scan and more information. we're you falling over with your b12

deficiency?

I've not heard of a direct link

.I dud however have inflammation. High while cell count high inflammatory markers.

T2 flares all over on my brain mri scans.

White lesions so who knows

I thought when I collapsed I was having a stroke as coujdnt get up or talk Then virtigo . Migraines

My face stuck to the floor

Neurological symptoms are vile

Hope you get answers from neurologist soon and trestnent.

I wasnt falling over but felt off balance and had no working reflexes. Had a mri for brain and spine because neorologist thought it was MS. Some white small legions. Had a lumbar punch and the pressure was 21. Not so high but was told to loose weight to manage that. After all the tests i finally had a vit b12 defeciency. I just feel upset that this was never detected earlier. I had these symptoms for 4 years. But as the docters told me when i asked. They say I dont present like someone with this deficiency. I am not thin, dont have sores in the mouth and more. I still dont know why it happened. I dont have dietery restrictions. I had a stomach scope and colonoscopy 2 years ago, all normal. Anyway doest help to feel angry. Need to accept and adapt and carry on with treatment.

Yes my daughter had a lumbar puncture and a brain mri snd several other tests It was years after a wrong diagnosis of fibromyalgia tested for Addisons endoscopy pain clinic.

Finally when I blocked her discharge ftom hospital as nit safe yo leave a b12 test was done.!!

I had falls frequent trips the gp as not functioning well.

Wasn't given a blood test.

3 months later collapsed

Even then treatment was slow to start.

A snd E said I was having a panic attack. J voujdnt walk!!

If caught early sbd treated we woujd all have slit less suffering sbd a better outcome.
