B12 causes low blood pressure?

After very long period im here to ask few things . People telling me these days i look pale. Im getting b12 injections on alternative days from one month. Few symptoms were gone but fee remains. Pins and needles in arms and legs gone bt numbnes and tiredness remains. Than im facing infection in lungs due to dust . Breathing prb became worse. Today my bp fell to 70-90 n remains whole day this level. But now m feeling better took b12 and folic acid tonic. Can b12 cause low blood pressure? Now my bp is 70-110

I thought a b12 I jection csn raise BP temporarily My BP is always around 70/110

My blood pressure got low when I was B12 deficient, 90/50. It has come up a bit since I started getting daily/every other day injections but it has never gotten back up to the "normal" it was before I was deficient.
