B12 to order

Another question.i have 1ml hydroxcobalamin IM at my surgery which I will continue with. To get my order right online what does it say on the box? Or what do I state for the pharmacy online . Any photos of boxes appreciated.worried about ordering the right thing. I cant do it myself as cant deal with a larger screen than phone and safer with money to use tablet. A make Rotexmedica has been mentioned by fbirder and other.seemingly maker of Accord used by NHS. Sorry si many questions but a huge step for me and have to feel confident of getting the right stuff.

Also does anyone know which German pharmacies are still accepting UK addresses?

Thank you

Have you asked if your GP will provide them on prescription? My GP and I have come to an arrangement, as long as I'm ok with giving myself the injections, they will provide the b12 ampoules. This works well for both of as and it means I can get my injections more frequently and don't have to take up a nurse appointment

Yrs I would prefer that . She did agree but I wanted IM at surgery and sc at home . It was the licensing law for sc. Thanks anyhow

I hope you don't mind me asking but is it the thought of the longer needle that stops you doing IM? It's the first one that's the hardest to do, after that it gets easier. The nurse at my surgery was given permission by the GP to train me how to do IM and I did it at the surgery before doing it at home.

I am happy at present with IM at the surgery. Just want to try SC to see if they work for me. I've very sore arms at present.

Yrs I'm worried too much a lot doing IM. I will go in stages.

Of course if I have to I will.

Thanks

I search for “ Rotexmedica B12 depot “ — Depot means you are ordering Hydroxocobalamin not Cynocobalamin, which Rotexmedica also produce . I have recently ordered some from bodfeld-apotheke.de without any problems , but I am registered with the company . I have found a few other German online pharmacies that will ship to U.K. , but they are all more expensive than Bodfeld and versandapo.de The pharmacy mycare.de also ship to U.K. .

Bear in mind that the OFFICIAL German position is that no German online pharmacy should ship any medication to a country where that item is prescription only ( B12 injections in UK) So if you ask them on the phone , or by email , they will tell you that they are not allowed to sell you B12 ampoules . I know this because I have been in touch with them . But in practise I have no problem -maybe because I’m registered with them , and have been buying them for years . But I’ve seen members writing in to say they cannot get supplies from them . Hope that you are successful.

I don't have a tablet and do everything from my phone. The websites and security are fine.

One point re shipping: you may need to go to the delivery section of the website first and select an international courier as your preferred courier. For versandapo.de it is DHL.

If you don't, they often only give European address options but with the right courier selected, the UK becomes an option.

I use Google Chrome and Google Translate so most of the translation happens automatically but there are other options too.

I use PayPal for payments as it automatically does the exchange rates and taxes - and gives you an additional layer of security for your money.

I hope it goes OK for you.

Thank you so much. Details I need

Both of the above links should give you the correct product but PLEASE do NOT take my word for it: please check carefully before ordering.

I also hope it doesn't take you to my account only - please check the delivery address is yours! (It should be fine)!

The first link should take you to the Rotexmedica ones, the second to Pascoe ones.

Be aware the Pascoe brand ones come in two strengths - 1500mg and 1000mg. I hope I have given you the link to the 1000mg ones.

I use the 1500mg ones and have always felt the Pascoe brand has better ampoules but I'm not sure if that's the case really!

At the moment the Pascoe 1000mg ones are cheaper than the Rotexmedica ones because they are on a better % offer.

So long as you have 1000mg x 1ml hydroxocobalamin you should be OK!

I hope you get what you need and you start to improve again. Don't forget your supporting supplements too - you may need more if your body goes into overdrive on healing past damage.

I didn't mind but didn't want you to have trouble getting it to go to the right address or something!

I hope you've got it sorted and get some more improvements soon. X

Yes I got my delivery within a few days but then got the email saying to expect delays and in brackets "Coronavirus" so I assume they are giving us warning that there could possibly be future delays

I order from amazon de. you can opt to have the site in English and you login and pay as pay as usual. My last order I got 100 ampoules I think they were about £57 I just find that easier than online pharmacy’s in German
