First order of B12 from Versandapo.de

I placed my first order with Versandapo for my B12 on 22 February got my tracking number and apparently it was attempted delivery last Friday 23rd. It was supposedly attempted again on Monday 26th and I then rescheduled it for re delivery on Tuesday 27th. I live in a flat, I’m disabled and housebound with my husband my full time carer and I have 2 small dogs who bark at any slight sound at the front door so I’m 100% sure no delivery driver came on any of those dates. Has any one had trouble getting their B12 delivered? It’s coming via UK Mail, part of DHL

My concern is that UKMail have told me that they will return to sender if delivery has not been made within 5 working days of 1st attempt. But clearly the delivery person hasn’t been near here as not even a calling card was left and none of my neighbors were tried, I’m not happy as I’m in such need of my B12 and now I’m worried about making future purchases

I have received B12 ampoules from versandapo for over 2 years and there has never been a problem . . A card should always be left when delivery is not successful . Then you can phone and arrange another delivery . I actually have a lockable large post box on the outside of my house , where parcels can be left . If you are desperate , private message me with your address , and I will send you some ampoules to tide you over . They can be put in an envelope which will go through your letter box . The versandapo ampoules are always in a parcel .

That’s very kind of you and I may take you up on the offer.

According to UKMail they have tried to deliver twice but no card has ever been left and my neighbor will always take in parcels for me but even she hasn’t had anything which makes me think the driver has falsified the delivery attempts. I’ve contacted them again this morning as the tracking now says it was due for delivery yesterday and still says the same thing today, they have replied and told me they now can’t find my package

I use VitaminQuick for the B12 formula and have not had any issues at all in 3 years.

Good luck and good health

I’ve just googled VitaminQuick , and they are in the USA , and charge $50 .00 to send a pack of 10 methylcobalamin ampoules Costing $39.99 to the U.K. It’s just tooo expensive for most of us here .But thanks for the information .

Hi Debs281172.

I've also ordered from versapando and never had any problems with delivery.

Just wondering...during the last spell of bad weather I had several 'tried to deliver...but failed' notices from John Lewis, when I was in (nobody attempted delivery).

Turns out that if the delivery drivers are unable to go out because of bad weather, the only option they have is to mark their paperwork as 'attempted delivery' (even when this has patently not taken place).

So...maybe that is what happened in your case?

Useful to know that . Thanks

UK Mail, in my opinion are pretty useless. I have had numerous parcels returned to sender because nobody was at home - there is always somebody at home. On one occasion, the driver called me and said that he was outside my house and where was I. I looked out of the window and told him that wherever he was, he wasn't outside my house! Turned out he was over 20 miles away! I never did get that parcel.

Just to add, I live in a house that has been here for over a hundred years, so it isn't a flat, difficult to find, or on a new estate.

Given a choice of couriers, UK Mail would be my last choice - closely followed by Hermes.

Just want to put in a good word for Hermes. Or at least the Hermes delivery person here. She is excellent. Going well beyond to be helpful. (Suspect it is a combination of location and individual. We used to have the same rubbish Hermes as everyone else seems to get.)

Yep, Hermes is as good as the person delivering. Our local person is fond of leaving parcels in the recycling bin and usually picks bin day - its pretty obvious its bin day cos all the bins in the street are out, which inevitably means that by the time you get home and see the note through the door, its gone!

How about contacting UK Mail: ukmail.com/need-help

You could ask KFC for a reference of DHL I am sure it would not be good!

Hi, I ordered B12 from versandapo (first ever order) on Wed 14th Feb and it was delivered by DHL on Saturday 17th. When the order was despatched they emailed me a despatch confirmation with the DHL tracking number. Have you tried tracking it on the DHL website they are normally a pretty good courier.

Well as of Friday 2nd March my tracking on UK Mail said it was out for delivery and delivery was expected 1st March, as of today, 6th March tracking still says expected 1st March, Ive emailed UK Mail countless times and now they are ignoring my emails, but the last time they responded on Friday they told me they couldn’t find my package and were launching a search. Versandapo won’t accept its lost and therefore won’t send a replacement or refund.
