Yrs nausea has improved / managed better over time . I do eat early and must eat at regular times. No big gaps can't eat much at all after 5pm. Fatigue stops me digesting properly. Yrs stil get terrible flu like aches at times joints head and in my back . Does not seem to correspond to anything in particular but b12 mostly helps to give a more comfortable night

Fatigue ongoing.

Can you try 2 monthly b12 ?

Is your vitamin d level okay abd folate iron ect . ?

Thanks nackapan, I find the same that I need to eat regularly and early. I have been taking Stemetil when it's really bad. After reading posts on this forum I am going to start a multivitamin as well. Think having good days and then bad isn't helping. I thought once I started injections it would just get better and symptoms would go away.!!! Now starting 2monthly injections for a few doses after a battle with GP.!

Good. Shoukdnt have to be a battle

Clearly in their guidelines 2-3 monthly.

Yes we are all led to believe injections will cure all arnt we.

For some they do.

For others the rollercoaster.

I spent almost 3 years with nausea and vomiting on almost a daily basis it only improved when I went gluten free dispite being tested and told that that I was not Coeliac and didnt need to, still get a bit from time to time but much much better without gluten.

I am not a medic and would always say if you are considering SI always try and do it with the support of your GP and practice nurse some are receptive to the idea and some are not but a few have been talked around given time , knowledge and lets say gentle persuasion 😀

I don't think my surgery would be happy. I could inject myself as a retired nurse but I am trying to follow GP regime. Thanks for your help and to you all for listening.

Could you have low stomach acid? You might try taking some betaine Hcl with your meals, especially heavy protein meals. Research symptoms of low stomach acid. It can cause nausea.

Thanks prillyb12. I'm not sure if I do have low stomach acid. I am not eating very much at the moment.as I feel so nauseous. I have started a multivitamin tabs today. Do you get your betaineHcl from Amazon? Take care.
