Arh sorry to hear that, it's not nice, I've been the same too, so off I go to the dr who is sending me for the endos, which I have cancelled twice, but decided now I should go, but since then it's got so much better, I should have realised it was the dairy, I've always been intolerant but I just loved this particular yogurt and I was eating for breakfast every day forgetting my intolerance, well I got sicker and sicker, I've cut it all out & pain and sickness 99% gone, I take acv in the morning now and drink water with a slice of lemon in, hope you get some relieve soon,

That's what I'm doing now.. Going back on my old diet. It sucks since we enjoy other foods that try to kill us lol

You may be right. Also, in your other post you mentioned taking a lot of iron. Iron supplements can upset the stomach. Even if I take a very mild supplement occasionally, I often feel nauseous and have stomach pain after.

But you should check with your Dr if you can.

No I actually had stopped iron and downed my injects to once a week. I started getting sick and having palpations badly. So I started back iron and those stopped. Going to do more injects now since I got sick. Ii swear this is a never ending up and down battle with lab work and hoping everything is okay lol. It's been 9 months on the regimen

Hey just took a quick look at your profile/posts and you seem to have alot of issues with things was wondering have you ever considered going gluten free for a while. I have noticed its helped me with some of my symptoms. Tho I have accidentally eaten it a couple of times so I'm sure I would feel even better if this hadn't of happened. The biggest thing id say iv noticed is my skin clearing and anxiety levels gone right down..among other things I..hope this helps..
